Simon Bartke, M.Sc.
 Simon Bartke is a doctoral candidate in Economics and a research associate at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy since June 2014. Simon studied Economics at Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin, Université Toulouse 1 Capitole, France and Universitat Pompeu Fabra Barcelona, Spain. He graduated with a Master of Science degree in Economics and Finance in 2013. His research interests are economic theory, financial markets in combination with psychological insights and choice architecture. The title of his master thesis is: "Decision-making under Poverty: Ego Depletion and its Implications."
